Pastor's Welcome

Welcome to St. Mark Presbyterian Church in Boerne, Texas! 

We’re so glad you’re here. Most every Sunday, I say, “We believe everyone needs a church home.” Over and over, we see how true that is in our life together. We need each other—to celebrate the good times and to care for one another when life is hard. At St. Mark, we’re committed to building that kind of community.   As part of our recent Strategic Plan, we’ve focused on these words from Colossians 2:7:  “Let your roots grow down into God, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” (NLT)  We believe God is calling us to grow deeper roots of faith, so that our lives might be fuller and our outreach even wider.   We would love to walk this journey with you. I hope to meet you soon—in worship, over a cup of coffee, or if you just feel like stopping by the office!
